New agency in the battle for permanent peace. R. M. Binder. Studies in Social Progress 10:153-7 J1 '18

The article discusses the suggestion of the American institute of social service for the establishment of an International university students exchange bureau, whereby students might be enabled to take one year of their course in a foreign university. The plan would be useful in preparing men for diplomatic service, for foreign commerce, by giving them an insight into foreign life and languages. It would also tend to create a better understanding between the nations that would greatly further international good will.
