Relatives of men in service will be given preference in filling positions. Manufacturers of war supplies will be_supplied before other calls are answered. The division stands for equal pay for women doing men's work. Women will not be put in positions for which men are available. The students are prospective employment managers sent by manufacturers having government contracts and some of the government departments for a six weeks' course. Ap '18 War industries board conducted a course in employment management in Cleveland, O., beginning July 15, 1918. The course consisted of class lectures and discussions to women who wish to enter the field of employment management, but who lack the qualifications which relate to industrial experience.
