Starting and running a store. In E. P. Harris. Cooperation, p 183-9 '18 Toledo university students have formed a co-operative organization for the purchase of books and other supplies. Goods are sold at market prices, and the profits will be divided among the membership at the close of the year, in proportion to the amount of purchases. Membership is open to anyone on payment of $1, which then entitles him permanently to a rebate on any purchase he makes. Each member has one vote in the control of the store.
