At the same time I rather wish that in moving for it the noble Earl had given us some reasons for his desire to obtain it. I have not been able to inquire into the exact method in which the Return can be obtained, and it occurs to me that there might be some practical difficulty in identifying the Bills which were taken up in the manner to which the noble Earl alludes in past years. and see if a Return can be compiled. But I will make inquiry as to that As to the exact advantage to be obtained from a Return of this kind I |
