Constance Brown-Riggs, MSEd, RD, CDE, CDN-an award winning registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator, and national spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association--is the author of Eating Soulfully and Healthfully with Diabetes and creator of the Diabetes Soul Food Pyramid.
